12/2014 Over It (Done With It)

I'm one of those type of people who don't have patience for people who say one thing and do another. I would like to give everyone the benefit of the doubt and believe everything you say but at the same time if you can not show and prove when you need to then I'm over you and everything that you represent and its just that simple. My pride is everything which can be a good thing or bad thing but I refuse to let you feel like you have the upper hand over me especially if you are trying to play me. So once I have my facts and see what I need to then I'm gone no questions asked. My issue is with people trying to sell me a dream knowing that its all lies. 2015 Weight Loss Motivation (Blast From The Past)

I wanted to show you all what I am working towards for 2015. These pictures are a blast from the past and its crazy to think how hard I worked for my old body but I didn't appreciate it the way I should have and here I am at my heaviest wishing I can turn back time. Nonetheless I am my own motivation. I know the potential of my body and I am happy I documented my progress before because I have something to reference rather than going into this blindly not knowing how I would look. When they say weight can deform you or reform you it is so true. With my weight gain it has taken away the features that I used to love such as the structure and definition in my face and the roundness of my butt and firmness of my legs. All of these memories are things of the past but soon to be present, 2015 I am ready for you so get ready. 12/2014 Whats For Dinner ?

This was what my dinner consisted of I was extremely hungry today which explains my massive plate. I had a side of brussel sprouts and cheese , a mixed salad, and topped it off with the leftover chicken, spinach, cheese, avocado, unions, and pepper mixture I put in my panini earlier. It was amazing with ranch dressing, totally to die for. I'm such a foodie omg but I'm working on it. Thank god I am eating healthier options so kuddos to me lol. I'm just not in the mood to go out tonight I think I will stay in for the New Year. I'm also a bit irritated everyone is getting on my nerves today so its best I take some me time because I really don't want to get into it with anyone. In just a over people mood right now. Anyway Happy New Year for the fifteenth time lol.

12/2014 Whats For Lunch ?

You all remember when I used to do blogs like this showing you all what I am eating well I felt the need to bring it back to life lol. Anyone who knows me knows I love sandwiches like this. So I actually used a low calorie tortilla no more than 120 calories I believe. I added chicken which i sliced up in small pieces along with unions, peppers, tomatoes, avocado, shredded cheese, and ranch dressing. I cooked everything in a skillet with olive oil and there you have it. Let me tell you all if the pictures do not convince you this is truly amazing especially if you are craving something filling, delicious, and healthy. This cooks in minutes and great on the go food aswell. I also paired it with brussel sprouts and cheese Yummmmmm....

12/2014 Current Mood & (New Goals)

Hey my luvs, so it is New Years Eve and I have some free time and decided to blog. I am feeling quite sluggish. Quick frankly I am realizing the medicine I am taking for my high thyroid level has me feeling even more tired and irritable. So I am deciding to blog to get myself out of this mood that I am in at the moment. I will explain more about that on my vlog that will be coming out this week or next week. I was wondering if I should just do it next week because I will have more to add to the vlog because I haven't vlogged to much this week. The goal is to vlog bi weekly for time constraint purposes and footage wise. I am promising to blog several times a week so there is a even balance.

Today is day three on my new healthy lifestyle and I am proud of myself because I have resisted temptation and have not had any fast food. I have made all my meals which saves me money and calories. I am going on a serious plan that will restrict me from fried food and junk food. I know that I …

12/2014 Countdown to 2015 (Fresh New Start)

Tomorrow is New Years Eve and I wanted to make sure that I wished many of you a Happy New Years because I many not be able to on New Years Day. It is a fresh new start and a brand new beginning to reset yourself to enter the new year how you would like to. I know I have abandoned my blog and one of the things I plan to work on this year is falling back in love with the things that I enjoyed at one point in time. Blogging and Vlogging is a safe haven for me where I can let everything off my chest and feel free so I am ready to get back into it.
