Yet I Fall Again And I Need Help !

I fell off track again, I do not know what is going on with me and I need to find motivation again. I am going to refocus again and start all over again tomorrow. I just find myself emotional eating again and it is not good at all. Anyone has suggestions for me? Usually I am the one who seems like I have it all together but sadly as of last month I lost myself I know I need to get it together again. I am interested in trying a weight loss supplement to help curve my appetite that will not break me out any suggestions? I need it for a week or two.

i just stumbled upon your blog yesterday and I have found it to be quite the inspiration. Your progress has been TREMENDOUS! Please do not beat yourself up for falling. We are human, it happens. But you know what it is that you are doing wrong. So step back, think about it and go from there. You should just look back at your progress and see how far you've come. It has been a productive journey for you. Do not beat yourself up for it. Also, I will advocate NOT taking weight loss supplements. You started this journey without them, you can finish without it.

@UKS thank you so much for your words of encouragement it really means alot. I agree with what you are saying and I really need to stop being so hard on myself especially since I have come so far. I put so much pressure on myself especially since I am so close to my ultimate goal. I really will step back and regroup so I can continue this journey. Your right I do no need any supplements because I have done this all on my own and good nutrition and exercise is the only way to get there.

Tina Gurl pull it together, you got ppl like me whom love your blog and visit for motivation! plus you've come so far to back track. and when all else fails remember this "people love to see when you fail" so use it as motivation!

Sweetie, it happens to the best of us. decades of being the way we were didn't suddenly disappear when we decided to snap out of it. It is just your old self trying to steal the spotlight but DON'T LET IT! maybe you should work on maintaining until you find that motivation. U have accomplished SO MUCH, maybe u just need a break. Keep in mind that a break doesn't mean back tracking and gaining weight, it just means giving urself some leeway and taking the stress and pressure of weight loss off of yourself until u are ready to go at it again full force. I am coming up on 3 years that I have been doing this "lifestyle change" and I have yet to reach my goal. The closest I have gotten to it is 45lbs (after losing 90). you have less than that to reach your goal so there's no rush. Maintaining is something that needs to b mastered to so maybe u should work on that for now since u've already proven to yourself that you CAN lose weight. The more I type the more this idea sounds better and better. U don't wanna burn urself out cuz it could cause u to rebound and gain half, all or more than what you lost. the year is almost over, starting fresh could be your new years resolution.

@Operation6 awwwwww hugs back thanks so much for your support I appreciate it and I am following you back and trust me I will reach out to you especially because we are on this journey together and having a support team is very important.You know the feeling which is why we can understand where we are coming from. I love your insight because it lets me know it is ok and I do not need to be so hard afterall you lost 90 lbs and thats major. Your so right for the last 5 mths I have been so focused and I guess this is my first break and I recognize it and as much as I needed it I do think it is time to regroup and get back on track because of the few pound weight gain. I do feel I burnt myself out which is why I took a break but now that I am over it I am ready to get on track.Thanks so much girlie. Start blogging too I love your posts :)

Seriously, you are such an inspiration. I know that food can be really tempting, but I just think that I'd rather be fit than enjoy the food. Also, I find that brushing my teeth often (after every meal) helps stop me from eating because I love the feeling of clean teeth.
