I fell off track again, I do not know what is going on with me and I need to find motivation again. I am going to refocus again and start all over again tomorrow. I just find myself emotional eating again and it is not good at all. Anyone has suggestions for me? Usually I am the one who seems like I have it all together but sadly as of last month I lost myself I know I need to get it together again. I am interested in trying a weight loss supplement to help curve my appetite that will not break me out any suggestions? I need it for a week or two.
