Hey Luvs, so I miss you all and just so you know I have been sick/stressed/ and depressed the past few weeks and today I am finally feeling much better and I wanted to share with you all what I ate for Breakfast. I also exercised today, I did my zumba Live DVD and some Strength Training aswell :) The New Year is approaching and it is time to refocus and make my weight goals come true and so should you.
