Weekly Wrap Up and New Goals For The New Week of 05/19/12

My Week/My Personal Insecurities Hey my Luvs, this week was not the best for me at all. I had the worst menstrual cramps and literally every day my cramps has gotten worse. I literally overdosed on Midol and Tylenol the entire week not to mention I haven't had a lot of water because I felt so bloated (worst mistake ever). I had work so I had to suck it up everyday this week and I really felt so miserable in the process. I feel a tab bit better today but other than that I feel sleepy, cranky and extra hungry right now. I am really nervous about weighing in tomorrow and I have been avoiding the scale all week because I have had quite a few cheat meals (I truly have been such a bad girl :/ ). With all of that it is crazy because alot of people have been complimenting me on my weight loss but I still feel fat especially because this week I consumed alot of Carbs and the feeling of being bloated will have anyone feel like a huge balloon w...

Time To Regroup And Start Over

Hey Luvs so I have decided to regroup and work on getting back on track. When I first started my weight loss journey at 260 lbs I had so much pain which is what drove me to start a weight loss journey. I used my pain as the strength to accomplish my first weight loss goal of 200 lbs. With the ups and downs overall I have managed to get down to my lowest of 188 lbs two weeks ago. From that point I managed to go up and down with my weight. I am now 191 lbs but once again for the last two days since my weigh in on Sunday I have resorted back to eating out of comfort. I do recognize what I am doing and that is why I am reaching out and sharing my thoughts with you all . Loosing - 69 to - 72 lbs this year is a huge accomplishment for me. I have watched myself transform in so many ways and this has been just half the battle. 11/12 New WeightLoss Update/Hurricane Sandy Aftermath

New WeightLoss Updates Hellooooooooooo my Luvs, oh how I missed you so. Wow it has been forever but life has gotten the best of me. I have fell off on my weightloss journey so bad I can't even explain it. Seriously it is like everytime I get back on track I fall right back off track and it has become a pattern that I have been accustomed to for the last several months. When I started my weigthtloss journey I did not have as much on my plate as I do now but nonetheless I am responsible for my own actions. I can sit here all day and explain to you all what happend but I rather not dwell on it and move on and focus on how I will get back on track. I have lost some weight and and I have gained some weight also, if that makes sense. I am still wearing a size 13/14 but they are really fitted.
